Arianna Rose
Arianna Rose, Certified Living on Live Foods Chef & Instructor and 20-year vegetarian/vegan, has been 100% raw since October 2007. She is the chef and manager of the Rockaway Raw Café at the Blue Firmament Holistic Center in Rockville Center, NY and a former kitchen manager of Gnosis Raw Chocolates. Arianna is founder and president of “Rockaway Raw” and has created a highly successful raw foods meet-up group in Rockaway Park, NY, with monthly potlucks, raw food prep classes, and social events.
Arianna is well-known in the New York City community for her incredibly delicious raw desserts – ice creams, pies, and cakes to satisfy the most demanding sweet tooth. Arianna is a veteran juice-feaster - over 110 days in 2008 and currently participating in the 2009 Global Juice Feast. She coaches clients in setting up raw kitchens, preparing meals and juice feasts. Her popular ‘un-cooking’ classes have been taught in Long Island, the Rockaways, and New York City. Rockaway Raw meals and desserts have been enjoyed by patrons of the Rockaway Raw Café, New Life Expo, Green Living Expo, Raw Foods Expo, the upcoming Raw Spirit Festivals and numerous raw potlucks. Arianna Rose is also a Singer, Certified Music Improvisation Instructor, an NYC Teaching Artist and Musical Theatre Lyricist. Her shows and songs have been showcased in New York, NJ, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Florida, most notably at the York Theatre and TADA Theatre in NYC. Arianna majored in theatre and music at Bucknell University, and was an adjunct theatre professor there. Arianna is a graduate of the prestigious BMI Musical Theatre Writing Workshop, founder of two acappella groups, an accomplished photographer, a certified Raw Foods Chef & Instructor, and the owner of Rockaway Raw. Arianna believes if we can create harmony in our songs, we can create harmony in our lives.
